How long does CurQD® take to work?
People may notice changes at different times when starting CurQD®. Some individuals report feeling a shift within the first few days, while for others it may take several weeks of consistent use to observe meaningful changes in their overall gut balance or comfort.
Because every body responds at its own pace, it’s completely normal if the experience is gradual rather than immediate.

Can I take CurQD® long-term?
The CurQD® induction formula is designed for use as an initial step in your personal plan. If needed, you can return to the induction protocols at any time as part of your routine.
Why can’t I just use normal curcumin?
Many forms of curcumin are absorbed earlier in the digestive tract, which means only a small amount reaches the lower intestine. For people looking to support gut-focused wellness, this can limit its usefulness.
The CurQD® Protocol uses a gut-directed form of curcumin called Cura, which is designed to travel further through the digestive system and make contact with the intestinal lining. This targeted approach is the form used in our research settings and clinical collaborations, allowing us to study how it behaves in the gut environment.
Is curcumin the same as turmeric?
This is a common misconception, but curcumin is not turmeric. Curcumin is the active compound within the turmeric root, but turmeric only contains 2% curcumin, meaning 1 gram of curcumin is equivalent to 30 grams of turmeric.
We boost the concentration of the extract to 95%, so you get the strongest combination directly to the intestinal tract in just a few capsules.
Will any Qing Dai formula work?
There are many different combinations of the Indigo plant family available online, but QD is the formula we’ve had the most success. This specific formulation has helped many individuals.
